AWS Sales is seeking a Specialized Sales Operations Leader to work with the WW, APAC, EMEA, US, and Japan Specialized Sales teams to continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations to senior management based on those analyses – all in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity. This will include working with the Specialized Sales leadership to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives. The Specialized Sales Operations Leader will act as a trusted advisor to Specialized Sales leaders, leveraging data and analysis to land business insights, develop GTM strategies, and scale the business. Your insights will drive incubation and growth for some of the newest and most innovate offerings in the AWS portfolio. You will drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase

· 8-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or other related fields · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field · Experience hiring and managing high-performing teams· Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales force automation, etc. · Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial · Strong business-process design
