We are looking for a highly driven, naturally curious, detail oriented, strategically focused individual who is ready to grow their career within Azure. As an Azure Operations Billing PM you will be responsible for working with Engineering, Account teams and other partner teams to drive amazing customer billing experiences while driving improvements with Service Engineering teams to determine and close gaps in service functionality and/or usage streams that contribute to revenue loss or increased cost of goods sold. As an Azure Billing PM, your responsibilities will include: • Engage directly with Service Engineering teams to determine and close gaps in service functionality and/or usage streams that contribute to revenue loss or unnecessarily high COGS • Analyze, summarize and process complex credit related scenarios / escalations that affect multiple customers • Drive improvements to credit project processing time to resolution • Drive process and platform improvements (upstream / downstream) on known gaps that contribute to credit requests • Identify and drive changes and improvements to the governance
• Master's Degree (MIS, MBA or equivalent) • Intermediate SQL experience • 4+ years of relevant business or consulting experience • 4+ years proven, complex project / program management experience • Cloud Service/Product Development Experience • PowerBI experience • PMP • Six Sigma
