· 10+ years' professional experience in operations with technology companies. · 5+ years people management experience. · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.· Operations experience within a Training or Professional Services organization. · Experience with the development and implementation of systems and tools utilized for CRM, ERP, revenue reporting, and forecasting. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Tableau, rational databases and data query tools. · Business-process design experience. · Experience working within
