Across the Worldwide Commercial Business (WCB) and Global Sales, Marketing and Operations (GSMO), we recognize leadership matters and the critical role individual contributor (IC) leadership plays within our business. We have intentionally focused attention to define the IC leadership construct to identify, develop and differentiate ICs with the ability to inspire others to positive action through influence, credibility and courage. Building on that construct, the organization invests in a portfolio of technical talent development programs with the objective to identify, develop and retain IC technical leaders. The Worldwide Communities and Technical Leadership Experiences (WWC and TLE) leads the continuous evolution and alignment of the IC technical leadership construct to accelerate the future of the WCB and GSMO business. The team drives the WW Communities function to connect knowledge, people and expertise, and to provide individual

​​The Director Business Program Manager priorities will include: Accelerate innovative and strategic business and technology outcomes by establishing and fostering collaborative partnerships with organizational leaders and stakeholders, role owners, HR partners, talent management and other appropriate stakeholders across WCB and GSMO. Facilitate conversations to surface and synthesize priorities and direction to be incorporated into TLE efforts, while strategically aligning forward looking capabilities across role expectations, technical and strategic acumen, and technical and professional skills
​Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred Experience working in Worldwide Commercial Business, Global Sales, Marketing and Operations (GSMO) or Enterprise Services preferred Strong, collaborative first team player that demonstrates the ability to synthesize information across organizations and share openly and transparently to position themselves and the team to build upon the work and ideas of others, and contribute to the success of others Ability to work with executives to accomplish organization priorities and guide senior leaders and leadership teams through the impact of decision alternatives Exceptional
