Areas of Responsibility and Accountability: • Own billed revenue attainment, growth and seat deployment / utilization for Dynamics 365 Talent. • Enable the field through driving strategic wins and deployments by helping customers leverage Dynamics 365 cloud services to drive Digital Transformation. • Uncover and unlock strategic sales of Dynamics 365 cloud services by engaging in customer workshops and executive briefings (EBCs) with marquee customers. • External outreach and engagement, and trusted advisor relationships with customers, partners and Independent Software Vendors. • Serve as the
• 10+ years' experience as Sales Leader, Sales Manager, experienced in working with customers in an HR environment including industries such as financial services, retail, distribution, professional services, manufacturing, health, or education. • Proven in driving vision and strategy, transformation, and business outcomes, and challenging industry leaders. • Knowledge of HRIS systems, talent acquisition and recruitment process models is a must. • Experienced and credible storyteller and communicator who can articulate the value of Business SaaS services and lead conversations with high-level company
