The One Commercial Partner team is looking for a Business Program Manager to support and drive partner initiatives for the OCP leadership team. As a Business Program Manager for OCP's executive office, you will play a critical role in support of our partner engagement, coordinating business operations for our rhythm of business, drive our business review workstreams and lead our fiscal year planning process. Working closely with the chief of staff and executive team, you will create and implement operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies for the OCP corporate vice president and the OCP leadership team. The successful candidate should demonstrate exceptional matrixed leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a combination of strong project management skills and experience. Drive preparation for all business reviews surfacing key business insights (monthly, quarterly, QBCs, QBRs, QBUs, and other reviews) Own and drive cross team fiscal year planning process and execution for OCP Improve and evolve process surrounding business reviews and engagements, partner meeting requests and engagements, Inspire executive planning and engagement and executive travel planning and execution among other processes Drive and continuously improve overall OCP rhythm of business (ROB). Deliver structure for managing the ROB across OCP and work closely with business managers and leaders
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business, product, program or operations management Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, operations or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts with audiences of all levels Operates effectively at long-term planning while driving tactical daily progress Excels at distilling ambiguous information and experiences and then delivering efficient, scalable solutions.
