The leader of the DPSM team is responsible for leading teams in support of: Central Planning for Consulting and Support: This central team generates the Capacity Plan on an annual basis and keeps the same updated with every CFO forecast for all Domains and AAD. Area and Domain Planning and Operations: This team translates the delivery capacity plan produced by the Central Planning teams to the specific needs and depth of details required by each Domain and Area. Basic qualifications : 15+ years of experience in management consulting or professional services 5+ years of experience in Human and Workforce Capacity Planning in a Services organization Global role experience Preferred: MBA or advanced degree with business management experience; Knowledge of the Microsoft field organization a plus Location/Travel: This position must be based in Issaquah, WA, near Microsoft HQ. Global travel can be expected to be approximately 25%, as the needs of the business demand.
