AWS Sales is seeking a Specialized Sales Operations Manager to work with the WW, APAC, EMEA, US, and Japan Specialized Sales teams to continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations to senior management based on those analyses – all in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity. This will include working with the Specialized Sales leadership to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives. The Specialized Sales Operations Manager will act as a trusted advisor to Specialized Sales leaders, leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, develop GTM strategies, and scale the business. Your insights will drive incubation and growth for some of the newest and most innovate offerings in the AWS portfolio. You will drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to

· Bachelor’s degree · Experience hiring and managing teams · Experienced user of Microsoft Excel · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field · MBA or other relevant advanced degree · Experience in a leadership role in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or other related fields · Experience working within a high-growth, technology company · Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others,
