They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Amazon Connect Territory Specialist Sales Manager needs to be able to build a high performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. · 10+ years sales experience in contact center, UC, collaboration or conferencing technology space · 5+ years experience as inside sales manager or managing sales team · Strong analytical and organizational skills · BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, relevant field or equivalent experience · MBA or technical degree · 10+ years leading inside sales team and growing business practice in matrixed environment
