The Screening Services team leads programs to create a safe and trustworthy workplace for all Amazonians, and we are currently looking for a Program Manager to join our team to lead transformational Screening technology projects. We are reimagining screening technology and operations for the first time in many years, and this is a great opportunity to create and deliver from the ground up! We are looking for an exceptional inventor to deliver innovative technology projects to solve large-scale business operations, as Amazon screening needs will grow in volume and diversity over the coming years. The successful candidate will work with our technology teams to develop a vision and roadmap for the future state of screening technology, then drive implementation and change with HR Services delivery teams. The program manager is responsible for managing the portfolio of technology-related initiatives, driving them to completion
· Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (engineering, economics, math, statistics) or at least 5 years of relevant work experience. · A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an analyst or program management role · Demonstrated experience in delivering complex enterprise technology projects, on time, and thru the full development lifecycle. · Skilled in project management mechanisms. · Excellent written and presentation skills. Able to propose and influence new initiatives from invention to completion. · Able to effectively manage change. · Knowledge of EEOC regulations, the Fair Credit Reporting
