Do you like to build new programs? Do you have a passion for reading? The Kindle Content Acquisition team is looking for a Program Manager to lead and manage multiple programs that drive growth for our publishers. Initial projects will include building an end to end program around the support we offer publishers, and supporting our vendor manager team with building out training to ensure we are delivering on our customer’s needs. In this strategic role, we are looking for an experienced program manager who is not afraid to deal with ambiguity, and has a passion for working with cross-functional global teams. We are seeking a driven, influential, experienced program manager to work across multiple teams to ensure we are delivering value for our publishers. You will play a critical role to support our rapid growth by working with cross functional teams across Amazon to build out our Levels of Service program globally. This is a unique opportunity to build and run programs from the ground-up

· Bachelor's degree · 5+ years of experience in the same or similar media industries working with key content providers · Ability to travel up to 20% · 5+ years' experience in a similar role within publishing or literary representation or a closely related media industry · Ability to speak multiple languages a plus · Passion and enthusiasm for being on the cutting edge of new mediaindustries and related technology · Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment and ability to deal with ambiguous environments · MBA preferred · Proven experience driving long term value in program management,
