Business Program Manager-MARKETING/Global Engagement Do you love a challenge? Are you someone who thrives when creating clarity out of chaos? The Senior Business Program Manager role will be responsible for leading the definition of new approaches to our global marketing strategy and is responsible to work across the WW Commercial Business, BG's and Marketing teams to optimize and modernize the processes and tools supporting Sales and Marketing. This person will manage a diverse set of stakeholder relationships across Corporate Marketing teams, WW Learning, and local marketers in the field and be expected to deeply understand Microsoft's go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, and Partner. You will be responsible for representing field marketing in a number of workstreams aimed at building new connected sales and marketing processes and capabilities and be expected to both enroll field teams
Core responsibilities include: Lead cross company marketing transformation initiatives and define business case for next generation marketing motions Evolve the field marketing organizational blueprint and standardize field marketing execution to align with Microsoft's global marketing strategy Define complex account scoring models across multiple product, solution, and industry pivots Work with functions in sales, partner, and marketing to define and establish workflows (e.g. campaign personalization and execution, lead hand-offs) Build and deliver readiness materials for Sales and Marketing roles
