The Azure DevOps team is looking for a program manager to join the team to manage and drive our various programs focused on improving our customer connection across our on-premises product (Team Foundation Server) and our cloud offering (Azure DevOps). This includes managing and improving our Developer Community engagement, the Net Promoter survey, our Top Customer program to name a few. In addition, we strive to better leverage customer feedback to further improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. 2+ years of "in the trenches" experience collecting and managing customer feedback to drive requirements into the software lifecycle.
