The Azure DevOps team is looking for a program manager to join the team to manage and drive our various programs focused on improving our customer connection across our on-premises product (Team Foundation Server) and our cloud offering (Azure DevOps). This includes managing and improving our Developer Community engagement, the Net Promoter survey, our Top Customer program to name a few. In addition, we strive to better leverage customer feedback to further improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.   Our goal in Azure DevOps is to deliver the absolute best development tools to our customers. 2+ years of "in the trenches" experience collecting and managing customer feedback to drive requirements into the software lifecycle. Experience (or equivalent) with large-scale online services as well as traditional desktop clients. Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery, along with build and deployment systems to match.
