The Microsoft Advanced Services Delivery (ASD) team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Solutions Program Manager to be part of our digital transformation. We are looking for seasoned Program Manager with excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related Microsoft products. You will apply this knowledge to each customer through proactive and preventive work to promote organizational health and reduce risk at their customer site. This role requires the ability to acknowledge opportunities and solve real world customer business problems by providing proactive Services.
As a Senior Program Manager on the on the Advanced Services Delivery (ASD) team, you will have accountability for defining and executing the strategy for Azure offering solutions by collaborating with related stakeholders, building new features to drive Azure offering adoption, usage and above all high satisfaction for customers and partners through engagement with ASD software, content and support engineering teams. Key Competencies: Background in cloud technologies and services strongly required. Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure solutions and how they translate into business impact Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architectures in the Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services space with experience in hybrid cloud infrastructure design and deployment required. Understanding of cloud platforms including Azure platform services, hybrid cloud technologies, developer tools and services and/or complementing solutions.
