Amazon is looking for a smart, ambitious, strategic, program manager for our evolving HR programs and processes. In this role, you will develop deep expertise with HR Services and work with business leaders, technologists, HR program leaders and delivery partners to develop and document new strategies, requirements and timelines. You will lead and/or be a critical member of cross-functional teams through process and policy design, testing, implementation, operations and support of new HR tools and services. · Project Management – Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables. · Project Management Tool Administration – Provide ongoing design improvements and feature enhancements of the portfolio and project management tool. Gather customer feedback and continually seek to understand the various user needs, tool capability, and deliver tool
· 3+ years of HR or related experience · 3+ years relevant global program and project management experience · Bachelor degree or higher · Successful record of building, improving and running operational business processes globally, ability to drive program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction · Knowledge of project management life-cycle and related tools · Advanced knowledge of SharePoint (i.e. create and manage lists, workflows) and Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables, advanced formulas). · Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills
