Every year Microsoft Services helps more than 10,000 Enterprise customers discover, deploy, and operate new cloud solutions around the globe. We are looking for an outstanding Business Program Manager who will reimagine our professional service portfolio and develop the next wave of innovative services to accelerate our customers cloud success. Director, Business Programs, Cloud Innovation and Adoption You'll partner with our Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Field Engineering teams to prioritize top scenarios and develop the Professional Services Portfolio that will enable thousands of customers transform their business with Microsoft Cloud Technology. You'll create GTM's that help our sales team accelerate customers decisions,
Program Management: partner closely with stakeholders to understand the company priorities, value proposition, and develop the new cloud success services portfolio. Business Process Management: Ensure all KPI, Metrics, and insights are captured, analyzed and acted on. Storyteller: From solution narratives, to key messages, and more, you will evangelize, shape, and land the program with HQ and Field stakeholders. Go-to-market: Partner with our Sales teams to embed the program in account plans and ensure rollout of services and capabilities is thoughtful and planned. Program advocate: You will engage
7+ years of experience in program/product management Proven experience operating successfully across multiple organizations, etc. Ability to analyze and diagnose complex product and business challenges, formulate solutions, and then motivate the broader organization to action Experience evolving or developing business processes Experience building Sales or Delivery offerings Demonstrated change management capabilities Outstanding communications skills with a comfort level in executive level presentations Demonstrated ability to create narratives that are targeted to different customer segments,
