As Program Manager for Medical Screening, you will establish and manage a new global program to deliver on Amazon's pre-employment regulatory obligations. Your goal will be to create and execute on a strategy to service all geographies and businesses where Amazon is obligated to perform pre-employment medical checks. You will interact with a global team of HR and HR operations partners, and your challenge will be to deliver an optimized and flexible shared service (consisting on vendors and operations)
· 8+ years’ service, product or business management experience. · Intermediate to advanced analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. · Technology experience highly preferred. Thorough command of HR processes preferred. · Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with HR, business and technical teams. · Established record of project delivery as principal analyst/architect or project manager. · Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly
