We are looking for an HR Program Manager who will lead a variety of our critical Worldwide Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Employee Engagement strategies and execute on initiatives linked to the HR roadmap. This person will be responsible for understanding existing AMZL HR systems, end-user system functionality needs, and organizational growth/scalability outlook to develop a strategy to meet the evolving demands of the business. He/she will drive prioritization of project work and deployment of key initiatives across AMZL. Additionally,
· Bachelor’s degree required · 5+ years of program/project management experience in a fast-paced environment. · Experience leading teams to deliver cross-functional projects · High level of proficiency in MS Excel - data driven · May require limited amounts of travel , dependent upon location of projects· Certified project/program management credentials · Demonstrated expertise in process management-Six Sigma/green belt certification · Experience leading global or regional program initiatives and/or process improvement efforts; technical and non-technical · Bias for action, excellent attention
