Key activities and core responsibilities include: •Development, execution, reporting and analysis of scope expansion and experimentation projects in support of FastTrack Center core priorities. •Delivery of recommendations for new projects to further optimize the FastTrack Center based on existing project results. •Ongoing study and analysis of Microsoft cloud technologies. •Ongoing customer research to inform both scope expansion and experimentation projects.
•3-5 years of customer-facing customer success, sales or customer service interactions. •Bachelor's degree preferred. Advanced degree (MBA or similar) highly valued. Other Required or Preferred experience: •Effective collaboration in a cross-team environment. Demonstrated sound judgment based upon multiple stakeholder inputs. •The ability to influence without management authority. •Demonstrated clear verbal and written communication skills •Demonstrated positive customer impact.
