Every year Microsoft Services helps more than 10,000 Enterprise customers discover, deploy, and operate new cloud solutions around the globe. We are looking for an outstanding Business Program Manager who will reimagine our Apps and Infra professional services portfolio and jumpstart the next wave of customer cloud consumption. Senior Business Program Mgr, Apps and Infrastructure You'll partner with our Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Field Engineering teams to prioritize top scenarios and develop the Professional Services Portfolio that enables thousands of Enterprise customers to transform their business with modern apps and infrastructure on Azure. You'll create GTM's that help our sales teams accelerate
Program Management: partner closely with stakeholders to understand our Enterprise Customer needs and own our Apps and Infra Professional Service portfolio. Business Process Management: Ensure all KPI, Metrics, and insights are captured, analyzed and acted on. Storyteller: From solution narratives, to key messages, and more, you will evangelize, shape, and land the program with HQ and Field stakeholders. Go-to-market: Engage the right channels and ensure rollout of services and capabilities is thoughtful and planned. Program advocate: You will engage and win-over influencers with program advocacy
5+ years of experience in program/product management Proven experience operating successfully across multiple organizations, etc. Demonstrated ability to create simple narratives for complex scenarios that are targeted to different audiences Ability to analyze and diagnose complex product and business challenges, formulate solutions, and then gain sponsorship from the leadership team. Experience evolving or developing business processes Experience building Sales or Delivery offerings, preferred Demonstrated change management capabilities Experience and desire to be a strong customer advocate BS/BA
