Amazon Smart Home Services (ASHS) is looking for a Sr. Ops Program Manager to develop a program for leveraging select service provider partners to expand and augment our service workforce. This individual will be tasked with devising and leading the operational aspects of the program including the following: - Developing the program framework, guidelines, and provider requirements - Generating demand forecasts by skill set and location to inform partner labor planning and topology - Partnering with training specialists to ensure partners receive the instruction needed to be successful in the field - Developing operational reports and telemetry to properly monitor provider performance - Working with CS and Operational leads to develop real-time ops management - Authoring SOPs to train and empower City Managers to scale the program through regional partner management support The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, has proven data
· 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in an fast paced, online environment · Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development · Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done. · Experience working in an inter-disciplinary design environment · Proven ability to thrive in an ambigious, ownership-driven culture · Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives · Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills
