Plan, coordinate and deliver external certification projects (e.g., ISO, SOC...) for our retail online services. This includes reviewing certification controls and working with the feature teams to uncover potential engineering and process gaps and driving the remediation plan. Lead our external certification audit sessions and ensure our engineering teams are prepared and audit evidence is in-place Plan, coordinate and drive our engineering feature teams around our internal Microsoft service compliance requirements. This includes project managing the delivery of our 1CS commitments while working
4+ years of service engineering experience 5+ years of experience as a program manager Past experience delivering external certifications for a cloud service (e.g. SOC, ISO, FedRAMP...) 2+ years experience driving engineering teams on internal compliance requirements for a cloud service (e.g., 1CS) Preferred: Professional Project Management certifications are a bonus Experience performing privacy feature reviews, privacy management and GDPR is a bonus Experience performing privacy feature reviews, privacy management and GDPR is a bonus BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems
