This role will own multiple key business programs to ensure great experience for internal and external customers and help us with efficient execution of business operations. As a Senior Program Manager, Business Operations focused on Dash Replenishment Services (DRS), you will have the opportunity to help define the goals, methods and practices of the program team. Your role will a leadership one, including further defining our operations programs, including business operations support, defect reduction, selection and billing/financial operations, and operations metrics trend analysis. He/she will be a self-starter who can listen, form insight, drive strategic vision, dive deeply into data and execute across organizational boundaries. This Senior Program Manager will
· 6+ years of relevant work experience in operations, consulting, instock or business analysis · A bachelor's degree · Experience with PowerPoint and Excel · Experience with basic SQL and/or data · Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel formulas and reporting· A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable · Interest in Project Management or PMP highly preferred · Accomplished range of skill from high-level strategic thinking to detailed program management · Analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving and a track record of driving
