Core duties and responsibilities: Collaborate with role owners and key business stakeholders to re-envision the learning strategy. Ensure learning and development best practices and adult learning principles are incorporated into the learning curriculum. Ensure the right balance between individual learning needs and business needs (speed to productivity, in person learning, online learning, on the job experience). Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand Enterprise Services strategies, priority skills and readiness needs aligned to the business priorities. Document in the form of
Qualifications: Experience working in or with the Enterprise Services business Experience in training development including scoping, needs analysis, content creation, delivery and landing. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and practices to include: adult learning theories, interactive training and learning design, on-line/e-learning design principles, distance learning, instructor-led training, self-paced instruction, evaluation methods, and performance support systems. Ability to interpret and prioritize stakeholder needs and quantify those needs into measurable outcomes. Program/project
