Amazon Smart Home Services (ASHS) is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to drive standardization and continuous improvement in our fulfillment experience. You will define and build the process and technical roadmaps that drive continuous improvement in fulfillment quality and scalability. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful and customer-focused. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The Amazon Smart Home Services team allows customers to book a variety of smart home services from installing a smart thermostat for your home to integrating Alexa across all your smart technology. Our services are completed by an in-house Amazon Expert and available across the United States. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, and show strong ownership/commitment
· 5+ years of process improvement experience, preferably in an fast paced, online environment · Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development · Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done. This can include: · Developing functional requirements to create new tools or refine existing ones, with a focus on transaction automation. · Constructing data-driven analyses and recommendations for new problem spaces. · Developing business cases with policy and/or implementation recommendations to handle new use
