The Selling Partner Support (SPS) Team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive the growth of a critical pillar for success for our operations: scaling the Virtual Contact Center (VCC). This role will be responsible for scaling VCC domestically and internationally, across new markets and languages, allowing our associates to serve our selling partners with more flexibility at a higher level of engagement using technology to deliver unparalleled service. The VCC workforce today covers multiple languages and regions and is poised for rapid growth in the coming years. This role is at the cross roads of operations, technology and capacity and is a critical lever for growing a world-class B2B support organization. Who we are. · 5+ years project/program management is required · 5+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional projects · Experience developing operational process and technologies to drive Operational Excellence through best in class change management practices · Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results across diverse cultures from inception to completion · Bachelor degree· MBA is preferred · Experience in scaling technology (associate and/or customer facing) · Experience creating a product roadmap · Superior oral and written communication skills are
