As a Senior New Product Introduction Program Manager (Sr. NPI PM), you are responsible for defining and scaling the hardware supply chain through the product development cycle to deliver new and innovative products on time, meeting the quality, volume and cost needs of the business. This role will be part of a small team accountable for significantly leveraging supplier capabilities to meet business and product goals, through effective cross boundary collaboration. This is an individual contributor role. The Sr. NPI PM is a core team member of the product development lifecycle; from inception of an idea through delivering best in class supply chain solutions. Accountable for the planning and execution of product launches in an ODM type product model. Defines supply chain and manage project schedules to deliver operational readiness and product delivery. Identifies and manages risks associated with meeting technical and operational targets. Have in depth understanding of the product technical requirements, milestones deliverables and interdependencies for establishing an accurate and effective project infrastructure. BS in engineering or supply chain management work experience Qualifications desired: 10+ years of industry experience Recommended disciplines: Program Management, Product Development, Process Development, Sourcing, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering Additional experience and knowledge in consumer products, product development process, working with offshore manufacturing partners and suppliers and new product introduction 20% international travel required
