The VSOC provides emergency and non-emergency security system monitoring, call taking, event dispatching, and event driven notification services globally, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week covering 700 locations, 170,000 people and 100 countries. The Virtual Security Operations Center (Physical Security) Global Operations Program Manager is an experienced professional who is proficient in managing fast paced operations, team building, and technology related project management in cross cultural environments, including: strategic program oversight, effective verbal and written communication, policy/procedure development and project management. Gathering and analyzing data to create useful metrics that drive operational efficiency. Four years of direct supervisory or leadership experience in a Corporate Security role. Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience Proven track record of managing high level programs, investigations or projects in a security, law enforcement or military setting. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload based on urgency; able to delegate tasks, and communicate to a range of audiences including to executive management Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately Preferred Qualifications:
