Sr Program Manager Job Description Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr Program Manager to lead and build the cash application strategy and programs to support Amazon Business Payments, which includes internal and external payment methods from invoicing products to other payment/credit products like direct debit, credit card, and other credit products. The candidate will be responsible for 1) working with product and technical teams to build cash application strategies and solutions that includes machine learning models, complex logics, and scale, and 2) developing cash application policies and processes, and 3) manage programs across multiple technical and operational teams, and 4) build raodmaps and manage program from design to implementation. As this is a global role working with a cross-section of Amazon businesses and leadership globally as well as external parties, the candidate will leverage their management and leadership capabilities to influence leadership and partners, to negotiate
· Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Minimum 7-10 years program management experience, preferably on a global scale · High-level leadership and decision-making skills · Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills · Knowledgeable in SQL · Proven track record implementing quality programs with spirit of continuous improvement. · Good vision, analytical, process oriented and strong problem solving skills. · Experience in financial services/ payments and cash management a plus. · Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination
