Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr Program Manager to lead and build the collections strategy to support Amazon Business Payments, which includes internal and external payment methods from invoicing products to other payment/credit products like direct debit, credit card, and other credit products. The candidate will be responsible for 1) developing the strategy for the business in the long run which can including building the expertise inhouse or working with third parties, 2) building expertise in Collections for Business Payment products and 3) working with existing operational teams to lead optimization projects to meet business service level targets and goals while ensuring a good customer experience. As this is a global role working with a cross-section of Amazon businesses and leadership globally as well as external parties, the candidate will leverage their management and leadership capabilities to influence leadership and partners, to negotiate and manage third parties, build
· Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Minimum 7-10 years program management experience, preferably on a global scale · High-level leadership and decision-making skills · Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills · Knowledgeable in SQL · Proven track record implementing quality programs with spirit of continuous improvement. · Good vision, analytical, process oriented and strong problem solving skills. · Experience in financial services/ payments and cash management a plus. · Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination
