Here in the Identity Engineering team, we are passionate about driving customer success with Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Aligned to this charter, we're architecting a new Customer Loyalty program and are looking for a Program Manager to help us build a solid foundation. In our view, building loyalty is not simply about chasing a CSAT number that we doggedly strive to improve. It's about connecting deeply with customers of all different markets, industries and geos, and actively listening to their feedback so we can champion for change on their behalf. This individual should be able to: Think outside of the box to innovate, design, and lead a program that delivers quantifiable results Drive changes (engineering and customer engagement) that correlate directly to gains in customer retention Map the customer journey and track feedback at each interval Develop tools, processes, and a reporting engine to automate and scale Implement a data driven, experimental approach to continuous program improvement Close the feedback loop with customers Collaborate with other product groups to exchange ideas and best practices Aggregate and analyze statistically
Required Qualifications: 3 years' experience developing and shipping software Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline or 2 years program management experience. Ability to work with developers with Understanding of UI design principles and best practices. Background in Data science is desirable but not mandatory. Background in software development is desirable but not mandatory. Experience writing use cases and scenario focused feature specifications L300 knowledge on AAD is desired. Customer obsessed!
