The Senior Director of our Service Center organization will lead a team of globally distributed senior leaders as they work to achieve the following objectives: Identify, design, land and deliver world class services. Define team benchmarks and value realization KPIs. Run sophisticated communication and governance motions to ensure the team is aligned with core business objectives. Manage a high performing managed service partnership and BPO capability. Play a governance role across all the transactional operations in services. Providing clear business requirements to key partner groups including
Success in this role will require a high degree of collaboration and strategic leadership across Services HQ, sales and delivery leaders, SBO, Finance, IT, Regional Operations Centers and other key business partners. The successful candidate will have: Executive presence with strong business and people leadership capabilities Background in operations or similar function Experience leading globally distributed teams Ability to work and create structure in complex and ambiguous situations and respond flexibly in time sensitive situations Track record of delivering measurable improvements in operations
