Basic Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have all of the following: · Bachelor’s Degree · 10+ years’ experience in program management, supply chain management, consulting background · Proven experience in establishing partnership with senior business leaders to develop and lead the continuous improvement strategy across multiple sites · Ability to develop and implement operational processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams · Possess excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills · Relentless focus on candidate
