CS Operations Program Manager (Level 6) Job Description Amazon’s expanding Logistics products and services (e.g. Amazon Shipping, Flex, Amazon Key, and Amazon Global Logistics [AGL]) are creating new customer segments, including drivers, recipients, shippers, property managers, global sellers and storage owners. Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) is a customer service organization dedicated to creating world class support for these new customer segments. To achieve our mission SDS is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead global operational launches and monitor the customer experience post-launch. This is an opportunity for you to build best in class customer service for a new and rapidly expanding group of Amazon customers! The Operations Program Manager will assess the needs of the customer service required for new transportation products and service, design the support model as well as create and implement project plans that to establish support operations. Passionate about the customer, whose experience with Amazon depends on us. Bachelor’s degree required (Industrial Engineering, Operations, Management, etc.) 5+ years’ experience in Operations, Management or Customer Service Knowledge of customer service operations and processes (Capacity, Quality Control, Utilization and CX) Experience managing operations and projects remotely Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective written and verbal communication Demonstrated knowledge of key business financial metrics Cross-functional Program and Project management experience Process improvement
