We build the software and services that touch every Amazon customer globally. We are looking for a flexible, adaptive Human Resource Business Partner to support the Amazon Global Fulfillment Services team. You will partner directly with our Seller Reimbursement, Support Operations, and Fee teams to develop and execute the HR deliverables that foster organizational and people effectiveness. We are looking for a Human Resource professional that has the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions. You'll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the employee experience. Essential
· 5+ years of experience in Human Resources · Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources Management or related Field · Experience working in a matrix setting · Knowledge of employment laws, such as ERISA, COBRA, ADA, and other federal and state laws regulating discrimination and equal opportunity employment · Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills · Proven ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results · Strong project/program management skills, with the ability to obtain buy-in
