The General and Administrative (G and A) Talent Management team is searching for an experienced leader to create and manage high-impact talent management programs focused on our Finance, Legal and Global Corporate Affairs organizations. We are looking for a strategic and pragmatic talent expert who will work closely with HR and business leaders to analyze organizational trends and metrics, build and implement targeted talent solutions, and manage the annual cycle of talent processes (performance management, promotions, talent reviews, organization planning and design and succession planning support.)
