The Operations Technology Recruiting team is looking for a Recruiter to support a growing Group which is a part of a larger global Operations Technology Team. This team is responsible for exempt hiring in North America and focuses on roles based in several software Development Centers, Seattle, Austin, Toronto, Bay Area, etc. This role will primarily focus on Software Development Recruitment. As a Recruiter for this team you will lead and mentor recruiters, cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with a variety of stakeholders and close searches against aggressive deadlines. · Bachelor’s Degree required · Minimum of 3 years' mid level SDE recruiting experience · Prior experience in a research capacity for passive candidate generation. · Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.· Experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets. · Strong commitment to continuous improvement. · Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates. · CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidate. · Self-sufficient and able to work with little
