The HR Program Manager will lead critical initiatives focused on projects to legal entity changes. They will serve as the primary funnel to coordinate all Employee Services entity-related activities and be responsible for ensuring a positive employee experience in all aspects of the restructuring. This role will be based in Seattle, but will have a global focus. The role will report to the Employee Services Global Portfolio Manager, M and A. In addition to supporting all Employees Services aspects of legal entities, this position will also play a critical role in transforming our ES M and A portfolio into a lean, efficient and metrics-driven

· Bachelor's degree · 3+ years of work experience as a program manager or project manager, ideally in HR · Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel – this will be an essential tool for accomplishing many tasks and deliverables· Experience with M and A or legal entity integration · Certified Project Mgmt./Program Mgmt. credentials · Demonstrated expertise in process management or Six Sigma/green belt certification preferred · Experience leading global program initiatives and/or process improvement efforts · Experience within core central HR specialist functions: e.g., Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits,
