Enterprise Services is the key engine in Microsoft to help customers embrace their Digital Transformation journeys. We use the Digital Transformation narrative to engage customers on their own terms and we align on their digital strategy and help them elaborate a program of change. Our Americas Region team partners with our Canada, LATAM, and US Services teams to drive a consistent strategy, implemented through a sustainable approach to customer and business success, measured through revenue, customer and people results. The Americas Business Manager serves as the "Chief of Staff" supporting the Americas VP and Regional Team. The position plays an important role working directly with leaders in the Americas Region Team and Areas Services teams in Canada, US, and LATAM to enable successful operations of the Americas Services business. Core Responsibilities: • Business Management: Lead end-to-end cross-org strategic planning and rhythm of the daily business operations across the region team and implement consistent business processes between the Regional team and the Area Services and WW teams. Manage and execute special projects related to the businesses ability to execute against planned strategies and fiscal requirements initiated by the leadership team and executive office. • Operational Excellence: Track and manage key business measures to properly forecast, track and accrue reporting across the Americas Services business
