Amazon’s HR4HR Organization is seeking a flexible, adaptive HR Leader to provide strategic and hands-on organizational support for the corporate/regional leaders and their teams in our fast growing, candidate-facing Workforce Staffing Organization (WFS). Workforce Staffing has been on a hyper growth curve and it is essential to strengthen leaders and support an organization that is building capacity to solution for increasing client and candidate pool complexity. Based in Seattle, this role will be a part of a fun, passionate and dynamic global HR and business team. The role is both strategic and hands on and includes improving organizational effectiveness and design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching and driving HR functional excellence.
