In the role of University Recruiting Account Manager, you are at the center of the action. You will work closely with Microsoft's Go-To-Market businesses and Corporate Function organizations to define and deliver their demand for university talent. In order to complete this task, you will act as the liaison between business leaders and the University Recruiting team to consult, advise and guide their decisions and strategies around this generation of talent. You will partner with business leaders, HR leaders, Diversity and Inclusion leaders, university school recruiters, and candidate closers to lead, influence and shepherd strong university hiring results in a very competitive talent

Trusted Advisor – Consultative trusted advisor with the business, identifying business hiring needs and collaboratively consulting on topics such as sourcing strategies, hiring trends, intern program development, diversity, candidate attraction, and interview best practices. Strategic Partnerships - Build strong connections and partnerships with key stakeholders across the company both globally and locally; advise on university program planning, development and execution. You'll also provide program guidance on the candidate experience from beginning to end; coaching business group partners on
At least 3-5 years of technical, university, MBA, and or related recruiting and/or account management experience in a results-oriented environment. Demonstrated experience and expertise in client consultation, negotiation or strategic advisory. Comfortable working autonomously. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, strong planning and organization skills and possess proven coordination skills. Highly developed analytical and reporting skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and partnerships while contributing to a fun and collaborative team environment.
