Sr. HR Manager- Azure HR Come and join the Azure HR team to partner with the Windows organization. We are looking for an experienced HR professional seeking a bold, new challenge and opportunity to have high business impact. The Azure HR team has an open Sr. HR Manager role to support our Core Operating Systems and Intelligence Edge (Cosine) organizations. Within this role, you will have an opportunity to drive strategic impact and drive business value for Window development, Azure organization, and Microsoft. This role reports to the HR Director- Cosine HR This role will provide you with the opportunity to: Increase your business acumen through learning what the Windows Operating System business is about, what the Azure business is about, and how these businesses are related to our company strategy. Identify, explore and leverage synergies across teams that HR can help tap and amplify to maximize business impact. Exercise and strengthen your ability to apply systems thinking as you work

Key Accountabilities: Business Partner - Understand the business and people priorities while collaborating with HR leadership team in order to diagnose and identify interventions needed to improve organizational effectiveness and advance the business results in a service driven culture. Change Agent - Partner with, and coach, managers and leaders to facilitate organizational and cultural change. Educate the business on HR trends that affect the business. Acquire business sponsorship for HR initiatives. Successfully execute against our HR Work Streams and ROB for the Azure HR organization. Program
Qualifications will include a minimum of 6 years of directly applicable HR experience or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate competence in organizational development, coaching, leadership development, system thinking and diagnostic, compensation management, ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, resilience, and ability to deal with different kind of challenging clients, while exercising multiple engagement strategies in effort to make connection and drive impact.
