Director - Financial Data Management The Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team (CFP and A) is responsible for Microsoft's overall planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting of total company financial performance. CFP and A is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director, who has excellent organizational and leadership skills and a strong interest in developing the long term vision of how Microsoft manages financial data structures. This role will develop the long term vision for how finance will manage data to support both statutory and management reporting, as well as partner with other Microsoft functions on data management strategy. The role will be responsible for implementing best in class methods of managing master data, leading key projects related to data management and tools/systems strategy, modernizing data management while maintaining compliance, and work closely with both statutory reporting, management reporting and analytical
