The Business Applications Group (BAG) is part of Microsoft's Cloud + AI division. We are recognized as one of the fastest growing business groups in Microsoft. We are currently seeking a highly experienced, articulate, and focused Business Administrator to join the team and provide functional support across the executive office of the BAG CVP. In addition to the day to day duties the role will also provide seamless back up for the Corporate Vice President's Executive Assistant when they are out of the office. This exciting role requires strong collaboration skills, superior organizational skills, great attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strength in navigating multiple priorities. Responsibilities will include (are not limited to): EA backup during any time the CVP's Executive Assistant is out of the office. Collaborating closely with the Chief of Staff and EA on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with CVP's calendar and to ensure tight coordination of CVP commitments. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for CVPs All Hands. Partnering closely with Chief of Staff and EA on customer/partner requests ensuring all briefing documents have been requested, received and entered onto the CVP's calendar. Minimum 5+ years of high level administrative and project management experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 3+ years of scheduling experience managing multiple high level executive calendars, high volume clientele at Vice President level and above. Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communications skills. Ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once, in addition to dealing with ambiguity. Solid project-management and problem-solving skills.
