Do you want to be part of team that is working on one of the growth drivers at Microsoft? If so, the Microsoft Search Advertising HR team is currently seeking a Senior HR Manager to support the Cloud Marketing organization. In this role, you will work closely with the Microsoft Search Advertising Leadership team to develop, implement and drive people solutions for the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to gain invaluable professional experience and unique insights into Microsoft by supporting a key function in partnership with others on our awesome HR team.

Ideally, you are someone who leans in and seeks to learn about the business, who can balance the art of execution and tying it back to strategy. Someone who understands the value and power of influence and has had proven success in establishing credibility with senior business leaders. In our global operating model, this role serves as the hub between the business and Center of Excellences, bringing the full capability of Microsoft to bear in achieving talent, organization and business outcomes. The Sr. HR Manager is a leader, coach, architect and strategist with expertise in the subjects of Organization,
Targeted qualifications include: 7+ years of experience as an HR professional, including experience in a client-facing HR Business Partner role. The individual should have experience in partnering with senior leaders in a corporate environment; excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others are essential. A demonstrated level of competence in organizational development, coaching, training and development, and change management is required. An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent degree and/or experience is required.
