We are currently seeking an experienced, results-oriented Food Safety Manager to support multiple businesses within Amazon to support launch and expansion of our concepts As a high-level summary the deliverables are: · Demonstrated ability coordinating multiple projects across functional teams, including marketing, operations, design, customer service,
· Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing Food Safety and Quality in a retail grocery, foodservice or manufacturing environment · 3+ years of experience managing Food Safety and Quality for a large retailer or manufacturer. · Knowledge of retail food safety regulations (local, state, FDA, USDA) · Experience interacting with the state and local regulators including Department of Health · Strong leader with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skill. · Demonstrated ability coordinating concurrent projects
