The Locally Engaged Globally Orchestrated Partner Development Manager (PDM) role is key to Microsoft's partner management strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner Organization. The LEGO PDM aligns to a profile of partners and is accountable for driving consolidated multi area business plan, ROB, operational excellence of a set portfolio of partners through local PDM's. The goal is to drive enablement and business growth based on their partners strengths and priorities across a set of geographies.

The LEGO PDM will work across the Microsoft Partner organization to ensure business goals are aligned to partner offerings and partner success. The role will need to develop internal relationships and build partner capacity. The LEGO PDM will orchestrate planning with local PDMs for some of our largest and most influential partners. The importance of the role evidences Microsoft's deep commitment to the partner ecosystem to build a mutually beneficial business relationship.. The impact you will be making: Partner Account Development: Review local Partner Business Plans, as captured in OCP CRM,
10+ years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise customers or large/top partners), partner channel development, sales, sales planning, business development in the technology industry. Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences. Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners. Bachelor degree preferred
