The Support Solutions Group (SSG) is chartered with providing the response and expertise our customers and partners need to achieve more with Microsoft technologies. The Enhanced Solutions team in SSG manages our top-of-the-line support offerings that provide the highest levels of service and business outcomes. Our Developer and Apps offerings including Enhanced Applications Support (EAS) are critical in this mix, providing commercial customers

Use market research and inputs from MCS, Cloud and Enterprise, Solutions Strategy and Operations, and the field to develop a deep understanding of the Enhanced Applications Support audience, its segmentation, and its needs across the globe. Drive the EAS product and business strategy in Unified and Premier including packaging and pricing to make it central to Azure, MCS and digital transformation challenges. This work includes offering definition, feature roadmap, value proposition and messaging. Drive GTM in partnership with our marketing and sales teams. Closely collaborate with the Delivery
Excellent leadership, strategy and business management capabilities, including ability to set clear direction and priorities and drive execution with excellence. A passion for Azure, Microsoft technology and developers, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft's cloud app platform. Experience and a track record of success in product/program management and business planning, with a focus on customer experience and business impact. Ability and judgement to think strategically, prioritize, innovate, and solve unstructured business problems. Ability and maturity to develop cross-group relationships
