Cloud + AI (C+AI) is an exciting business that is helping to drive innovation and leadership with our customers and at Microsoft. The executive office of the EVP is looking to fill a key role on its business management team. This role will help support the team's customer and partner engagement and business operations. As a business manager in the C+AI executive office, you will play a critical role in supporting customer and partner engagement, coordinating business operations for our rhythm of the business (ROB), C+AI All-Hands and other events. Working closely with the chief of staff, you will create and implement operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies for the C+AI executive vice president, leadership team and organization. This role is an extension of the leadership team and you will be a key factor in our success.

Operations: Drive and continuously improve the overall C+AI rhythm of the business (ROB). Operations: Lead logistics, planning and execution of C+AI team events, e.g. Ask Me Anything, All-Hands, offsites, partner meetings. Strategy: Assist in strategy and management of business planning and diversity initiatives. Integration: Assist with integration efforts of acquired companies both in pre- and post-closed work groups lead by C+AI. Productivity: Develop and create business processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency Additional special projects as needed
Required Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, global project, or operations management Bachelor's degree business, finance, engineering, operations or equivalent experience (MBA preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Power user of SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype, and analytics tools (PowerBI, etc.) and communication technologies 3-5 years of project management experience with a track record of success in high-performing management teams Comfortable dealing with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and engaging in cross-group collaboration Efficient,
