· BS/BA degree · 5+ years of experience managing programs or products in support of a mid-to-large scale, multi-geographical, high-growth sales organization · Ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders · Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.· Bilingual ability is a plus · Superior oral and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. · Partner program/channel program design, development, and execution experience · Deep product or project management experience · Technical degree and/or MBA · Excellent
